About

Spackenkill Rowing Club (SRC)  is recognized as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization.
The sole function of the SRC is to provide support for the Spackenkill Rowing Team.

Spackenkill Rowing Club is a separate entity from the school and school district

As it is with other high schools throughout New York State, crew is a club sport at Spackenkill.  What this means is that rowing is not fully funded by the school district.

Spackenkill Rowing Club  purchases, owns, and maintains all the boats, oars, launches, launch motors, tools and related equipment.  In addition, the club owns a 40’ boat trailer and a 12’cargo trailer.  The club transports all the boats and equipment to regattas that require travel.
